When I attempt to log onto SWG, I can't. It stops at the very start screen (when I click on the icon and the little box appears, it doesn't appear) If it does appear, it usually freezes and is unable to work. What is going on? It's the same with JTL and Testcenter. >.< WHAT IS WRONG!?

Not exactly sure what little icon and box you are talking about. Try doing a full scan. If that doesn't help, there's a sticky on the Tech Support forum here .
