Thats been there for a long time. Of course nobody goes there ever. A while back it used to be a Rebel Base. However Imperials took it over. If anyone recalls, this was supposed to happen a lot (another broken promise from SOE). Outposts were supposed to change control frequently. I think this small base (no shuttleport) was the first and only one to actually have that happen. I havent been out there in probably a year as there was no point really. I think there were a few missions from one npc but recall they were horribly bugged.

on Starsider it is Rebel......each of these things are different per server...

Yeah, I ran into this on Chilastra for the first time last night. Some Rebel commando up in the Labor Outpost asked me to go take out some Imp base and when I get there all I see are Rebel Brigadier Generals walking around. There are Imp banners on the outside of the base, but nothing other than Rebel npc's to be found.
