Is there a way that I can have 2 accounts logged in at the same time?

I need to bypass the "This Application is already running" thing

bear in mind if you dont have file extensions visible this may not work.

I'm not sure how high your geekichlorian count is, so if trying the abovestill doesn't work, either:

1. in your file explorer window.

open the tools > folder options menu at the top of the screen

click the view tab

and untick hide extensions for known file types.

this will avoid saving the file as user.cfg.txt so the game wont recognise it.

or 2.

copy and paste another cfg file such as login.cfg so you have a file named "copy of login"
rename to user

delete everything in this and paste the line as suggested then save

Yes, create a .txt file and paste this in it:

[SwgClient]
allowMultipleInstances=true

Rename the file to "user.cfg" and put it in the installation directory. (It has been noted that this is an unsupported form of gameplay so beware). No need to install the game twice.

It doesn't work anymore.

Someone posted another thread that has a new workaround....you'll need to check it out.

guess soon SoE will fix that because they will loose almost 1/2 of the players ... and guess they dont want that
