I think it would be great if non-entertainers were at least able to do one or two of the basic, low-level dances.

There is nothing more frustrating than going to a RP party and not being able to join with a little bit of dancing.

Of course, all instruments,special effects and higher dances would beexclusively availableto entertainers, as well as the ability to heal mind wounds etc. (I'm talking about giving all characters basic1 dance, perhaps footloose1, too. I do not want to create rival skills to the entertainer profession, this would be for socializing purposes only.)

What do you guys think about that? I believe it would not be too much work for the devs to give everyone 1-2 dance certifications and the startdance/stopdance ability...

I would say master the profession and then worry about it. I use to think the same but hey just go with the flow

I agree. This would add a lot of fun to the game. Even the cantinas would be rockin. It would acctually keep me from AFK when healing my mind cause I would have something to do in the mean time.

I love your idea. I started the game as a dancer then gave it up. The first few times I went into cantina afterwards hurt. The real dancers would still have their super cool dance moves and we would look like spastics next to them. I agree, no healing abilities, just let us get out on the dance floor for socializing.
