Hey... Im interested in starting up a network of informants for current info on guild status, whos pvp-ing who, good shops, where people are, and any random info i need.

How would i go about starting this up? I already have my guild (large respected guild.... one of the oldest in shadowfire) and many friends that are willing to help.

All i need are tips and ideas on how to get it organized.
