Ok, so I did everything and now I get Inner Glow text when typing /check. I've been told that I will be visited by an OldMan but still no sign for hem. Today is a second daysince I got this Inner Glow text. So what should I do? I did search for hem in the player cities but still no sign.

Just play as normal. He WILL come in the next day or two. Mine came around 72 hours after i got glowy. Go do some missions to start the grind haha. Dont think about it. He will come running up to you, if you miss him he will come back in the next couple days.
