I'm mainly a crafter, but I have novice swords...I tried to do the Warren solo, with comp armor buffs and all that good stuff, but I still got narked just before I could make it to the widow. I figure I can probly push through to the widow, but I doubt I could do the rest of it solo. Is it possible to get the second badge stuff (the disks and decoder) from someone else and still get the badge? Or do any other crafters have any tips on how to get FS as a non-master combatant without being led through the quests by a master combatant? I've done FS on another server so I figure I can do the reb jabba and nym themepark solo, once I can get the warren badges out of the way, since theres no way I can do the vette =)

yes you can get the 4 disk, the FOUO disk and the 4 elevator keysfrom anyone (they are tradeable).....I use to go get disk for people all the time....also, there are ways to get through the warren without dying....it's tricky just like the vette, but it can be done easier than the vette.

However, for the best experience, I'd suggest going with a group of elite combat professions....maybe a couple friends or guildies....all you really need is someone to take arggo off you or catch arggo first.

Also, you can do the vette destroy mission solo.....just find the guide in these forums and follow it.....the one thing the guide doesn't mention is to catch arggo on the first couple of floors.....I think the max arggo you can get on the vette at one time is 5 or 6.....once you get max arggo on you, the SBD's will never even move or acknowledge that your even in the room....they just stand there like statues. The only problem you may have since your not a full combat character and have low defenses, you may have to get some healing abilities.....but more importantly, get some 80% kinetic, 80% electricity, 80% energy, 65 - 70% base composite armor......the electricity is important so you can just run in the room with the electric floor without having to go to the get the code to turn off the electricity (you'll take some damage, but the electricity resist will knock off 80% of the damage) If you take synsteak, you can stop up to 40% more damage (depends on how good the synthsteak is).

Also, the village is in phase 4, so even if you manage to get glowy and access to the village in the next 3 weeks, you'll need some help getting in the village because the sith are attacking the village and its almost impossible to get in without catching arggo. You could always wait for the time inbetween the spawns, but who wants to do that.
