Ok I am a master armorsmith/merchant/artisan with a little bit of tailor. I was visited by the old man yesterday and was givin a crystal. Now today I walk outside my house, and some sith come and attack me. I know that this is how the quest should go....but I had absolutly NO chance to kill these guys. None!

I even had my combat droid grouped in case....but there is just no way I could kill them.

Now they have taken my crystal. WIll the old man visit me again?

And if he does what do I do if the sith come again? I am a crafter! not a group combat class. How can I possibly win in a situation like this?

Lol buff and grind up some combat? This character isnt a combatant....hes a CRAFTER! Please DEVS, why are we given the shaft here?

you do realize they have only 400 health? Combat droid+buff+ survival knife=dead sith

Lol 400? I thought they'd have 11200 HAM and 80% resistances or something...

I had my droid, and im a crafter!

droid didnt help for chit....and I dont get buffs, certainly not when I just log on....why should doctor buffs be a requirment anyway?

If your gunna be a crafter in a fight... your going to need a buff. Why is it required? Because you have no combat professon.

I think by asking why it should be required he means, why should a crafter be forced to pick up a combat profession, just to become accepted into Aurillia?

And I agree. A crafter is a crafter, and is just as vital a part to the game as a combatant, indeed, who makes the armour for the combatants? Who makes their weapons (TKA excempt of course), who makes their homes, and their buffs.

If a guy (or girl)wants to be 100% pure crafter, why do the devs feel fit to punish that?

If he doesn't want to play combat, he doesn't want to play Jedi, and doesn't need to go to Aurillia anyway :/

Why are people so sort sighted? I dont want to be a jedi!!!!! I want to do the quests(some content), and become a FS crafter! Whats wrong with that?

course not, its just wrong for you to want it to be easy

Put on some light ubese and get a droid that will auto heal you, then craft a survival knife or something fast and just swing away

See if you can get an old type republic blaster, that don't require a cert. You will miss a lot, but you will do full damage when you hit. So the the first 2 siths with 400 ham should be no problem.

If you can't find a blaster, try some SPEED sliced vibroknucklers, about 1.5 speed or so. Since you don't have a cert, you won't do much damage.But the speed bonus works anyways, so you will hit much faster than without the knucklers.

Don't forget armor, some old ubese would do.

Sorry, but don't know what happens if the siths steals the crystal.
