yeah, I got this thing too.. I added enough water to it to make it "moist" then gave enough neutrients to bring it to "high," and then I left it in my house.. will see where it's at tomorrow or the next day. It'll prolly take awhile for it to do anything, thus giving it longevity.

I don't know... I have one too, 'cause I decided to do this quest, and I am completely puzzled by it... it doesn't look like there's any change at all no matter what I do.

OK what I can tell you is that there's a timer which tcks approximately six (maybe 12) realtime hours, at least that's what it seems like to me. At each tick your plant gets updated.
Also if your plant wilters and dies it's gone for good. SO look after it.
Also it's probably best not to alter your plant's moisture and nutrient levels until the growth rate changes to wiltering or worse.
So far the plant can have the following health status:
Full of Life
Vibrant and Colorful
Excellent
Good
Poor
Wiltered
I've only seen the following three growth rates
Excellent
Slow
Wiltering
Also if your plant wilters and dies it's gone for good. SO look after it.
