Hi,
I'm Master Doc and 3003 CM.
Last two days i got this message when i'm in combat:
"You must wait before you can do that"
When i try to heal damage, heal state (dizzy, stun, etc), myself or on any other player; this message comes.
Also it comes when i try to throw poison packs.
I logged off, changed planet but it has gone after server reset only.... !
Any of you has this same message.
I reported as bug to soe in-game.

Have you used Havla?
My wife is a Doctor and this is her experience/knowledge of this bug so far...
Login...
She can heal herself/others or buff herself/others with no issues. All is good.
Use Havla...
She can heal herself/others and buff herself/others UNTIL either the timer for Havla goes away (1 hour) or the number of uses is used.
After that she cannot heal herself/others or buff herself others.
Logoff for 20 mintues...
Start back at the top.

I use Havla for a long time and yes before this bug i used Havla.. Because always i use Havla...
It happened after Publish 10 and i can make buff... only couldnt heal damage and states

I sent in a ticket. They said known bug. If you logout for a half hour then login again, you should be good

Thanks but is it a CM related bug?
Because after i started to throw poison packs i have this bug.
I was throwing the CM packs before p.10 and after p.10 i got this message.
So i'm confused 
Happy and w/o bugs swg !

We have discovered that Doctors who find themselves unable to heal is being cause by bad Havla.
Please do not use Havla at this time.
