HI does anyone know if i need to loot the sith guys if i already know where the village is?
What are you waiting for, cant keep up?

Sorry your question just really amused me for some reason. Like it was some conspiricy with everyone that got an old man visit.
To answer your question no. You need to be visited by old man, attacked by sith, and clear out the sith camp then you will be given
a WP to the village in the crystal the old man gives you.

So are you saying i need a waypoint? You said the answer is no, then explained it as yes

You cannot pass the "Wall of Fog" around the Village if you havn't received the waypoint by killing the Sith.

if all you needed was the WP everyone would be there. you need the old man to visit, then kill sith then go to sith camp and kill them. looting the sith both times.

Yea, Just because you have the waypoint doesnt mean you get to go. Otherwise everyone would be there and Dath would crash... lol

you can't get into the village without the wp. It is inside a circle of "fog" which acts as an invisible wall keeping you out until you get the actual wp and it says you can go in your quest log.

Question?
After reading about the wp from the "old man" that is hiding from the Empire. . . does it matter if you are of the Imperial faction to be visited by the "old man"? or do you actually have to be "Rebel" or "Neutral" to be visited?
Any info would be good.

Faction does not come into play. My Imperial glowy guy got a visit from the Old Man on Saturday morning.
Although if you spend all day hanging around an Imperial outpost, chances are you own't get a visit anytime soon.
