Okay i didnt do anything to the controls that i can think of but now when i move left using the left-arrow i move left for as long as i hold it but when i let go it turns my character to moving forward, and will move forward a step or two. This is really annoying because im not used to it, it might be a bug, i dont know though. and when im on my speeder bike it moves to the left a little bit as if i am pressing up and left at the same time but i am not. also it will when i am on my bike it will move backwords when i try to use the left-arrow to move left on my bike it will move backword....

Sounds like you maybe have a sticky arrow key on your keyboard?
Sorry I can't provide any more help than that; I've had my entire keyboard remapped almost from day one and my arrow keys are now tied to combat macros instead of movement, which I've always done with my mouse.

sounds like u have chase camera on, just press the full stop button on ure keypad and the problem shouldwill go away

You have chase camera turned on - Push the . (del) key on the numpad and it will fix it.
