Hi everyone,

Just a quick question

I believe that when you get FS you unlock an additional non-FSed character on the same server

is this still the case?

my main question iswhen does this happen?

is it on unlocking FS or on becoming an initiate?

I found this, I'm not sure how accurate it is but I have been looking at it.

As we can see, the basic FS skill boxes are there, but I don't see much on the Jedi Initiate stage, can anyone add to this? How many skill points will it take to get from Initiate to Padawan? Like some other people I want to simply get another character on the same server, but how many total skill points would this require and how much Jedi XP are we talking about?

Right now I am working on getting glowy but I am not going to wate my time if getting to padawan would force me to give up mastered professions or require an insane amount of xp. Any information is greatly appreciated.

What's the total among of Skill Points needed for this? As a Mayor, I'm kinda missing some...

24 I believe. Each FS skill costs 1 point and you need six branches of four boxes to be able to become a Jedi Initiate.

If that's the case then that's cool! At one point it was stated that we'd need to get to Jedi Knight before we unlocked a 2nd slot with the new system. I was going to be shocked if they screwed a Mayor out of the ability to open up a Jedi. I won't mess with my Jedi too much though since my idea is to use a Ithorian as my Jedi after JTL comes out

Ok, I have a similar question. Once you open that extra slot, can you drop Padawan, or are you stuck with it? I've heard rumors that none of the FS skills can be dropped, is this true, or is it unknown?

I really don't to be a jedi, I just want the extra slot and some of the low level FS skills.

I thought the NGE couldn't be any worse than the CU, but I was wrong.

hi cauil,

i think it will,

fromkorden's swg skill point calculator (sp?), to head up the jedi path will totally use up all your skil points

further don't think you can master everything (lightsaber takes close to over a 100 skills points in itself)

You need 24 boxes (six full trees) of FS skills. Initiate and Padawan require no skill points. Padawan is where you unlock your second slot. So to get Padawan you need a total of 24 skillpoints.

I still havent seen anyone say what happens if you drop Padawan and beyond.

A CSR told me on the phone that you should be able to drop the Jedi & FS skills just like any other skills & Jedi players have confirmed that you do see the "surrender skill" button.
