ok can somebody tell me why the csr's will jump online to see if somebody is messing with a jedi but when somebody is having problems because they had to reset the server last night and all i get is some general message.

i dilivered this crate to whip last night they reset the server and rolled it back now nobody want's to help me the crate is gone and i cannot complete the quest or get another waypoint if they are so worried about jedi qrifing i will change profession and mess with every jedi on the system. let me appologise to all that i will hurt but i am really pissed right now also i am on my second csr ticket right now.
