In the room where you found those passkeys, you'll find all 4. One's in a corpse, a locker, a magseal container, and... a crate. If memory serves. Just scour that room, trying to target everything, you'll find it.
If you're with a group, ask if any of them grabbed the key. Sometimes overzealous group members will grab whatever they can, and not tell anyone. Even i've been guilty of this sometimes./cry

first of all, you need to sneak past the red dragon and find the pink elephant. pick him up.

once you have that, trade it with the jawa for the droid and examine the storage compartment for the keycard.
