You get them from "stealing them" from a mission from the NS stronghold. Basically, near the end of the themepark, you are sent out to kill a slave and bring back her collar. Go kill the NS and place the slave collar in your backpack. Then go back to the person who gave you the quest and say that you can't continue it. Remember if you don't put the collar in your backpack it will be taken away when you cancel the quest. Then, pick up the quest again and do it for real...and continue the NS themepark.

I got mine from completiing the quests at the Nightsister Stronghold. The quest's were pretty easy back when the NS/SMC did not use specials. Should be a little tougher now, however, none of the MOB/NPC were very high HAM. I would worry more about getting aggroed while in the Stronghold now that Elders are not soloable.

It should be mentioned.... Slave collars are not wearable, you cant equip them. They are quest items and not clothing, and as such have no condition on them. Also they look just like a heavy duty clasp, in fact I think a tailor can make components that look exactly like the nightsister "slave collar" and can name it "slave collar" for you. Of course if you examine it you will see a serial number, the name of the crafter, and what it really is next to the "variation of:" But these are likewise not wearable.

If you are looking for something to wear I recomend you talk to a tailor and have them make you the necklace that resembles a large metal horse shoe... it looks kind of like a slave yoke.

I looted one from Nightsister Rancor Tamers near rancor valley.. Didnt realize it was a rare loot.. Glad i hung onto it
