My first character, who I rarely play, was the only character to recieve the anniversary painting. Is she the one that is going to get the ship too? My main is on another server, how do I make it so my main gets the ship? Is there a way? I can't delete the first character either as I plan to play her in the future and she has alot of items and skills and such.

I got an anniv. painting on all my characters who had existed for the correct amount of time. While it probably hasn't even been decided yet, I would assume the same would apply for the ship.

The veteran reward ship will most likely be tied to active accounts. So if your main character is still on an active account whether you play them or not shouldn't matter. I got anniversary paintings for all my characters, all servers, on both accounts. If your main character is on an account you no longer keep active then you will need to activate that account and have them active for 3 months (I think they said 3 months?). The vet rewards in this game reward the player more so than the character, so when JTL hits any account you have had active for the required time should have vet ships on all characters on that account.

I should add that the character must be active for that time. In other words, all characters that meet the criteria for time will get the reward, not every character you create on that account. So if your second character was created after the 1 month time period for the paintings then you will not have gotten it. I imagine it will be the same for JTL. So you must have an active account and the characters on it must meet the time requirements.

Okya Sayhia, my main, was already created but was only a few days old when the paintings came out, about a week later, my first character, Okto'si recieved her painting. So Sayhia and Okto'si should BOTH recieve their ship, is what you are saying? And Sayhia will never recieve an anniversary painting?

Yeah it is all about how long your characters are around. If you only have one account, and you keep it active then all characters on that account created before the needed time will receive the reward. So if veteran paintings were a 1 month timer then any character on your account created before that month or whenever they started keeping track would get the gift. Basically, it is not linked to how much you play a specifc character only to how old the character is and account activity. They did mention that lapse in account activity will reset it, so I wouldnt let your account go inactive, even for a day over the next few months until JTL is released or you will probably have to start over. It is generally believed that they did this to keep active accounts up to JTL release, which is a good marketing strategy, as I have left game for a break, but will keep my accounts active.

I think thats how its supposed to work, but 2 (out of 7 I had at the time) got paintings. Since all those characters were made near release, I think they all were created soon enough.

Thankfully the 2 I actully play got them.

Thats weird. I would think it was a hard cap of two paintings per account. To be honest, I checked two servers and TC on my one account and all had it. I am pretty sure a fourth character I had got one too, but I would have to check. I just assumed all got it. I havent checked my alt since the other characters were created by a friend and I never check those. I dont think it tied to play time of the character though because I had a friend on cross server lot trade give me their painting and they created that character only for the lots long before the paintings and only logged in to pick up the lots when they deleted and gave me the painting. Unless it is your two characters you played more recently counting TC as a different entity. This is curious, I wonder what others have experienced?

The veteran reward (this ship) for JTL is tied to your account, not the characters........if your account has been active for a minimum of 6 "Consecutive" months with no long term gaps in activation, you will get the reward for each character on that account .

if for whatever reason your account was cancelled or inactive for more than 2 weeks (I believe it's 2), then your account status will resest to the time you reactivated your account. ex. if you made an account july 2003 and cancelled it in january 2004......then reactivated it in march 2004.......your account status towards the veteran reward will only count from the march 2004 date. If that same account was reactivated before your 2 week grace period was up...then your account status towards the veteran reward would be from july 2003 to current.

The anniversary paintings were different because it went by the length of time that each character existed. So that's why your main character got a painting and the others didn't .......the others just hadn't been around long enough.

for either one, it has nothing to do with how much you actuallyplay the game with any particular character. For theJTL reward,SOE don't even care if you actually play the game at all....only thing that matters to them is that you account is active, meaning that 15$ comes out of your pocket every month and into their bank account......period.

Between my wife and I we have 3 accounts. We re-rolled the extra character on the third account a couple days before the anniversary painting came out. But after a month or so that new character received the painting. However the account was created back at release. Maybe it goes off the time when you opened your account.

I got paintings for all 6 of my characters on anniversary , I got holocrons and sculptures for all of my characters at christmas, I expect I will get vetran ships for all of my character at JTL. One reason why you might not have gotten a vetran reward... a full inventory. Make sure you have room in your inventory for vetran rewards or you will not recieve them. There are 2 other reasons you might miss out. European servers reset at a different time than regular servers and I seem to recall that they didnt get holocrons as vetran rewards for some reason the first time,,, so SOE gave everyone holocrons the next day too (European serverplayersgot 1 holocron and everyone else got 2 holocrons as a result of this glitch). The only other reason is that you character had been created less than a month beforehand.
