Thread: Negative Armor Attachments and Skill tapes???

I wasn't sure where to post this so here I am! What is the purpose of negative AA and skill tapes? Why even have them? Also, what are AA and skill tapes with nothing on them used for?

they have been broken since the game launched. why would you think it would change after over a year....

first questions: the negative skill attachments have been used to increase the modifer on another skill attachement in the same piece of clothing. Say you have a +2 pistol Speed +1 melee defense armor attachment. Then say you have another Armor attachment with -2 pistol Speed. You could put this same attachment on the piece of clothing. And the melee defense mod would stick instead. It has been proven that the higher value mod on an attachment sticks. Not the lesser one.


second question: blank attachments- left over from beta i think. Some peeps used to think that they were Jedi attachments, but that has been proven false.
