OK I have been visited by the Old Man and received my crystal, now I understand I need to be visited by a Sith(s)?

DO the sith talk to me? Do they attack me?

Also once I am done with the Sith do I then get an invite to the Village?

They'll attack you. Chances are, if you have any combat skills at all, the battle will be over before you really realize what happened. They aren't real strong. Once they have attacked you, search them, and then find out what you need to do based on the items you loot from them.
