Don't have large scale PvP battles because SOE servers suck, so instead of fixing them so that you can have them and have it not crash the server. We are just gonna start banning u all that have these big battles.
Have a nice Day

I wonder what sort of numbers they mean?
If their talking 50+ then they will have to ban/suspend every one who hangs out at Coronet
seriously though
I read Dev tracker, and I think they mean several hundred players in the same place, which doesnt seem to happen to much these days on my server :/
edit:
BTW totally unrelated, what is the small SWG badge and title pilot by my name? (I havent been on the forums for a while, so lost track of the ranks)

Bloodfin on the weekend usually has battles that reach up to 150-200ish ppl sometimes higher if its a planned out event. Many times these battles have crashed/or came very close to crashing the server. Just ppl the server can't handle our massive PvPing doesn't mean we should be banned for actually having fun in this game.

I think what the Devs were getting at is the protests. TH referred to them as the malicious protests.
However, the way his original post was worded, a CSR could tell everyone hanging out in Coronette to disperse, or everyone hanging out at the Mining Outpost on Dantooine to move along, and if you didn't, you'd be in trouble.
I'm leary, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that this is just an anti-protest tool.

Uhh try looking at the Dev Tracker again there, JustG has posted that it does not refer to PVP battles, wedding, and other events, but to malicious protests that are aimed at taking the servers down and stopping other people from being able to play on the servers.
