The quest is at the aurillia (the village). U need to compleate the first combat quest there. So u need tofinish the first 10recon missionsand the 10 bonus missions. It should take about 5 hours to compleatee from start to finish, and u should be buffed the entire time so u will need two buffs.

the NPC you talk to there is the Captain Sargila (spelling). The above poster is right. 10 patrol missions for the branch unlock. And another 10 patrol missions for the banner. Looks cool when placed in a house.

hope he gives u the banner next phase as well
No, its not a reward in the next phase. He gives some melee weapon attachment IIRC.

Sounds obvious I know, but you need to be force sensitive and have been given the waypoint to village.
Just pointing it out incase the original poster didn't know.

That happened to me with the glowing orb from the Valerian quest. That would suck way more if it was the aurillian banner. That thing is huge.

yeah, the banner looks sweet in the house. Does anyone else notice that the banner not only flutters while in your house. But, the banner also flutters at different speeds depending on the time of day.

if you examine it, it says it flutters from some unseen force, and not from local wind.

Actually I did most of both unbuffed only using vercupti and brandy when a fight of more than 2 broke out and sometimes not even that.
But then again Im playing a BH/Commando and flamethrowers make short work of most things.
