Thread: Any update on Captain Sarguillo?

I have to assume, and maybe wrongly, that the village is going to change to phase 1 soon. Will we have an answer before the next village phase change? Will the village change or has that been extended?
Also, since respec is about to end for me, it would have been nice to see what my additional points in ranged speedwould have done to my choices in my respec.
Someone has to know something about this.

I had the bug happen on Saturday night. Got the ranged speed unlock from CSR last night. No sculpture piece though, apparently they've been removed.

How can you file a second CSR ticket?

You are only allowed to sent one.
Or did you mean a BUG ticket?
Those are only for reporting bugs, not for asking help.
Also search the knowledge base on your problem, often helps HOW to write a specific CSR ticket
Never had to wait longer than 24 hours for an answer to an CSR ticket.

They unlocked yours? Geez - I am on my third ticket. I am pissed now.

I've just found out the sculpture pieces are still being awarded!
Why is this so difficult?
