Novice Architect wondering what is the going rates for homes any size?

some people sell small homes for 9k but u have heard they are really worth 15k considering resources.. never seen a med for sale..

I'm on lowca.. my prices are

small/med/large 15/80/160k respectively

med mineral harvestor 20k all other 45k

large harvestor 110k

PA hall 300k (no longer making)

fusion 120k solar 20k

These are just prices I go by usually are 3-4cr each resources..

if u want good prices for small houses(but im on chilastra) then go to the bazaar, go to deeds for houses, and on my server they sell from 5k-6k
