I was wondering, if I recreated... and I co-own a house with someone - do my items that I have dropped in the owner's house remain there til I get back? What I mean is... the items that the people on Adm List will stay there in the owner's house; the owner owns all items in the house? Thanks for any info.

The owner of the house, the one whose lots are used for it, own all items in the house. Anyone with admin rights can pick up an item in the house tho, and when you do, you become the owner of it. (the item, not the house 
)
And yes, if you drop stuff in someone else's house (yes, you need admin right to do that) the stuff will remain there until you come back. Unless someone else with admin rights pick it up.
