outside coronet NPC cities, just loot them and they respawn right away

yeah i did that but then they stopped spawning?

thast what i thought i was there yesterday and they just kept commin this time after i killed them they didn't re apear thats why i was wondering if anyone knew of other places to find them, im trying to get some glue for my loot kit bits i h#eard they was a good source for it
