I just spotted the Old Man on Endor near the Smuggler's Outpost. Waypoint -1002 1637 It is 10:24 PM Central time right now. Anyone that is glowing and has not found Him there he is. Hope this helps

"The Old Man" Is player specific. He only talks to who he spawns for.

In addition to the fact that he will not help out someone he didn't spawn for,(You first need tobe "glowing" on your /checkwhich is achieved by doing a series of things including a profession mastery, some exploring, and some of the game's "content" such as theme parks. He then spawns for YOU. Even if you are glowing and come across a random old man he doesn't want to speak with you) you didn't include a server either even if it did work that way. This is the game guides forum

Yeah, largely useless.
Just helping to keep people informed so he doesn't post about the next old man he comes across
