I see that 90% crafted swoop bikes are going for a lot more than any regular swoop bike you can find on the market, what is the advantage?

if by on the market, you mean the bazaar, then those are probably auctions that max out at 6k credits.

you cant tell how well they are made on vendors, you need the crafter to say

Hmm, guess I worded the question wrong. What is the difference between a 90% expirimented swoop bike and a 60% expirimented swoop bike.

someone told me yesterday that the 90% ones are better because they're higher durability, meaning you won't have to repair as often. and apparently they can range from 10% to 96%.
