Thread: More Chars on one Server
Like in EQ2 SOE should allow more (or only one more) Characters by one account on the same server. And to stop people from placing a lot of Harvesters then this additional character should have no lots. Of course you could still unlock a third char through Padawan Trials.
It would make things easier for people who can't afford to pay for several (or two) accounts a month. And still one question left...
Why do they allow it in EQ2 and not in SWG?

What would you think about the following idea?

You answered you own question. Why do they allow it in EQ2 and not in SWG? because each character has 10 lots, I would have made it so that each account has 10 lots, that way you also stop the cross server trading, but then people would complain that they have 6 characters and that they want each to have a house.
Mt proposal would be to have eachcharacter have 1 house lot(every house takes up one lot) andthe account has6 installation lots (harvesters factories). don't know if this is even possible but that was my idea, and would stop the lot swaps.

Well but what if you really play 3 characters on 3 different servers? You could only have 10 Lots for them all.
But i like the idea with house and installation lots. They could give 5 house lots (houses, factories) and 7 installation lots (harvesters). But they would also need to adjust lot costs then:
1 Lot - Factories, Small/Medium Houses, Harvesters
2 Lots - Large Houses
3 Lots - Guild halls, Cantinas, Theatres...
