Ok, say you have 4 sockets. You place a +1 rifle speed in your clothing, 3 sockets left.
Now you place a +3 rifle speed tape in the same piece of clothing. How many sockets do you have left?

You will have clothing with 2 sockets with only +3 rifle speed

What if you have two clothings, one with +3 rifle speed and the other with +1 rifle speed. Will both of them work?

I know it will only be +3, I just wanted to make sure that it just didn't blank out the old one and still leave you with 3 sockets or if it took up a new socket.

Yep, it will only have 2 sockets left.
Just wanted to clear up the +3 thingy just in case.
