I was wondering if there is a list of all the exploration badges and their location, or at least their planet?

if you hit CTRL-C in game you can see which ones are in the game as well most are right by the wp too if you travel to them... almost all of them are listed in the POIS except i beleive 1 on dathomir.

open up your datapad and click POI, then open up your character sheet and check under personal for the badge list. compare the 2 and that way you dont have a wasted journey to a waypoint that doesnt give a badge.

every last bade and waypoints for them too, best guide ive seen so far for explore badges
