Hey, thanx to anybody that helps! For the past week, every BH mission I take out of Dearic ends up with a no show by the mark on a given planet. I use the seeker droids (Investigatins II)till I find the right planet. Then keep tracking it to the location with multiple droids once located. I will show up to the point that the droid says it is at, (even has a dot in the triangle on radar showing location of npc), and I cannot see the mark to shoot it. Even multiple droids show the npc to be right in front of me and I can't see it to shoot it. I've put in multiple bug reports.

Any help would be appreciated, I'd like to master BH.

Not a direct solution.. but most bounty hunters would reccomend that you don't train in investigatio straight away...

Instead, you should stay at 0xxx until you cap at 10,000 xp... you can then straight away learn Inv 1, 2 and halfway through 3.

It's a lot easier, because the novice missions are always on same planet, and don't need droids

Hope this helps and good luck

The lower you are in the investigation line the more inaccurate your droids will be. If your waypoint is outside of an NPC city you need to look up to 500 m away in all directions before you can say the mission is bugged. Basically when you get within 500 m of your mark when your seeker updates the location of the mark will be fixed. No additional seekers will change your mark's location. Now you have to find the guy.

If your waypoint shows up in an NPC city your mark could be a long long way from the waypoint. Dearic, Bella Vistal, Doaba Guerfel, and Restuss are prime examples.

Good point Face, but, the RADAR shows the mark standing in front of me. I almost completed investigations II before this bug started. I know how many times a mark can hop and have jumped up to 14 planets to find them and then used up to 20 droids to track them on planet. Every time the droid had the mark cold, and it shows them on the radar as a yellow/orange NPC. Each time the the next seeker droid updated the location, the the waypoint was updated also. Eventually they stop moving and stand in 1 spot at this level. At that point is when the seekers stop changing the waypoint, and I can't find the mark even though it is shown on the radar as an NPC. I fire off seekers continuously to update the locations as they move on planet.

Thanx for your thoughts, I'm going to try missions from a different planet and see if I get the same results.

I've found that it only affects cities. I had 3 missions tonight that were all out in the wilds. Lucky for me, hehe.

I also found a new stormtrooper tonight, had to try him, and got my butt kicked, LOL. Oh well!

i remember two missions i did where the npc was supposed to be in the city.. and was not at the waypt when i arrived. once, i biked around the city and accidentally ran across the mark, and after that another time i specifically guessed the mark was in the city but not at the waypt, and probably still was, so i biked around the city andfinally found him about 4-500m from the waypoint.

with all the npc's in cities i made a /target [mark's name] macro to help find him
