Sent ticket very long time, but no one call back, how can I do?
I lost my "Deep Crust Chemical Extractor" after server restart.

Did you definately ticket it? As in, through the holocron, doing a search then submitting a ticket?
or did you /bug it?
Because they don't respond to you if you do a /bug

I got replied, but CSR seems never help ppl to slove probelm.
Just telling me forget it !!! ? OOooooooooooooooooooo? what the CSR doing I really want to understand.
