Okay, I have been to the warren and I have collected the following -

3 Pieces of Evidence (Data)

1 Encrption Key (Data)

1 FOUO Imperial Communication Disk (Item)

I have gone to Theed Palace and tried to talk to Captain Heff however he tells me that he is too busy to talk to me. I have tried to drag everything on him to give it to him, but nothing happens. How am I meant to complete the quest if he won't talk to me?

Do I need to be Imperial to get him to talk? (I am currently neutral with about 180 FP)

Would really appreciate a response as it took me a long time to get all this stuff together!

Yup It takes 4 evidence disks and all you have to do is go converse with Capt Heff for you badge.

I found that If I used my indoor map, this helped from running in circles and go threw each room in the lowest level. Do this and keep checking the data terminals untill you get another evidence download,

You will need to find the escaped warren worker and get his key again to get back in again.

I have to do this again also, missing one of the evidence disks . Although I already have the elevator keys and the main entry keycard so as soon as I get some time I should be good to go.

Yes, most people miss the last evidence disk, it is behind a locked door that will only unlock once the reactor is shut down.
