This is kinda sad. I looked at the pic of the Day to find a guy clad in Crimson Mandolorian Armor, holding a Pike that hasn't even been released yet. Not to mention, said pike is Wookiee-Exclusive. Are you just pushing for Screenshots or are you trying to fool some peop,e into thinking it's actually possible to get a suit of mandolorian all in the same color scheme? I think there are a LOT of people (And some of them have said so) That they bought this game thinking you could be a mandolorian Mercenary, or even Boba Fett himself. I know, the people who buy the game to be Boba Fett are usually 9, but look how we say "DONT BUY THE GAME TO BE A JEDI YOU STUPID NEWBIE". Then you turn around and "welcome to Geonosis! The entire Jedi legion is here, have some punch".

I'm not even sure why this is annoying me so much, but it seems like the devs have always relied on deception to bring in the customers.

We all know that all those Pictures of the Day are only placed there to make people want to see the game, and sometimes are far less engaging as you would think...

Like one of the pictures shows a guy prone near a whole group of stormtroopers. That guy is probably Imperial and wouldn't get shot even if he ran out from behind the rocks anyways...

I must agree with you sadly enough.

I'll also add though that I've always wanted to have someone make a client side mod that changes any weapon into a fishing pole, and when firing it does the "casting the line" animation....

Then I want to go to a friends house, and sneak it on there when he's not in the room.

Then ask him to show me how he clears the squill caves so fast on his commando, and watch the shock and horror on his face when his burly manly commando is running around the squill caves beating squill with his trusty fishing pole.

Then again, I'm a little odd I guess

More likely it was not a conspiracy and somebody in the art department (the better side of SOE) who saw something that looked cool and unique (unbeknownst to them what was really live in the game.) No fault here except the person who submitted a counterfit picture purposely.

i think the people that would want to be boba fett are more like 25 yr olds lol. Hell im 26 now and i wouldnt mind throwing on his armor and one shotting some dumass jedis with their "Oh Look at me attitudes" and their glowy sticks lolol. (i have a jedi on ahazi so dont flame me too much lol)

It is pretty sad that Someone though did choose to put up a obviously fake picture, and a weapon that hasnt been released to live yet. I mean thats pretty messed up.

The way mando armor is now, i doubt anyone will ever own a complete set with more than 2 peices matching in color lolol

Tommorow's screen shot will be of a jedi wearing a hooded robe over his padawan suit holding darth vaders lightsaber and wearing a mando helmet lol

all those dumb mods can be found here
