I seem to remember near the end of last year we celebrated Wookiee Life Day. Does anybody remember what day it was? Is it Christmas Day?

since SOE can't celebrate xmas in the game, they celebrate a holiday that everyone can take part in

We have Life Day quests being tested right now on Test Center

I imagine these will go live before too long.

Basically each novice planet has a red robed wookiee in one out of the way city. You talk to that wookiee then get a waypoint on either Dath, Yavin, or Endor. Then you go to that waypoint and talk with the wookiees in a village set up at that waypoint.

After you are done you randomly get one of the following:

- ALife Day Orb

- A Painting of the Wookiee Homeworld

- A Painting of the Wookiee Matriarch

- A Painting of the Wookiee Patriarch

Also, if you are a wookiee you get a choice of a red Life Day Robe or the random gift everyone else gets. Oh, and the wookiees told me I should change my ways since I'm imperial, but I still got my gift

They tend to give orbs more often than paintings though. We kind of think of them as the Wookiee version of lumps of coal in your stocking on TC

Oh, can you do more than one Life Day quest if you visit different wookies, or can you only complete them once?

Just a quick note - It's once per character and that character has to be over 30 days old.

Also, just to save you a drive - the easiest location to get to is on Endor at -1090 -1000 (2600m from the Smuggler outpost).

You can ignore the wp you receive if you get Dath or Yavin, they are all clones of each other (all same name wookiees) and all will complete quests, just the Dath and Yavin ones have a 4.7k drive

P.S. Just in case they change that, don't delete the wp until you've got the gift.
