Thread: KD Dizzy From Nightsisters?

I play as a TKM / Doc and quite often go out hunting NS with my Swordsman m8, like a lot of ppl we've been up in space getting our masterships, and now that's done we've headed back to our old hunting grounds on Dath for the NS.
Well last night, i must have spent 1/2 the night on the floor due to a KD Dizzy state, normally the KD first, then the Dizzy (which of course you can't heal when KD) - my m8 has had enough time to solo a protector before i can stand up again, since the Dizzy is lasting up to 60 secs? What gives? Nothing has changed in my equipment or template in this time.
Anybody else seeing the same thing? , it seems all the higher end NS are doing this. A lot more than they used to anyway.
Also the looting was pretty rubbish as well, a few crystals, loot kit part and heavy duty clasps (since of course the NS are obviously tailors!!!)

I remember the one time that I (accidentally) encountered some nightsisters. I was fully buffed, and was speedering along Dath, had went to get something, came back, and found 3 of them on me, using force choke, and about every state laid on me. I went down faster than a girl's dress on prom night...
Needless to say, The use of specials in PvE combat is harsh, yet unavoidable circumstance. It could have been that you were very lucky previously, or just that they hit you at various times. /shrug
I do know that whenever you am knocked down and dizzied, I use /stand repeatedly, but pausing to see if i really stand up. If you can stand up, you will stay up, but if you try to kneel/stand/sit again while dizzied, you will fall right back onto your dairy-air.

Buy yourself some heal dizzy packs and use this macro.....
/peace;/stand;/healstate dizzy self;/macro getup;
( i called my macro getup but substitute whatever you call yours for the word after /macro).
Works like a charm for me.

i've spent plenty of my time on my back on dathormir. i guess i finally know how all those NPCs and other players feel when i fight them.
