I'm stuck in the warren, i reported a bug over an hour ago, i have had no response and im sitting there waiting

You need to file a ticket, instead of reporting a bug...

It's in the holocron (CTRL-H) under customer service and then you have to type in something to search for like "stuck in warren" or something and then you can click on the "These reults didn't help, Iwant to file a customer service ticket"

Then check open tickets every so often and read through it because when they reply it's just put on the bottom of your ticket. (as far as I recall)

Some of my pet peeve bugs:
•Armorsmith protection layers were not converted with the CU.
•Ship Details window does not close when you click "Travel" resulting in the message "You have lost the target. Closing interface."

What he said. A bug isn't going to get you anywhere. In fact, I doubt a CSR would ever read a bug. I imagine they only read tickets.

If /eject doesn't work then

Submit an "I'm stuck" ticket,

last time I did this I waited about an hour then went to irc chat from the launch pad. Talked to a csr there who unstsuck me within a couple of minutes.

Bugs are used for feedback and do not go to CSR's.

Submit a ticket using the holocron (ctrl + h). You will need to search the knowledge base first.

Type in a word, like camp or help, into the search box and click the submit key. Wait for the answers to appear and select one by double clicking it. Scroll to the bottom and then click on let me submit a ticket.

I don't know if there's a difference, but I recently got stuck in the Emperor's Retreat and used the old classic /unstick. Worked like a charm.

Go to the Launchpad chat. There's almost always a CSR in the General chat room.
