Hi, when I first started playing I remember spending faction points that I earned(imperial, if it matters) to gain a little bit more experience from the recruiters at dant's Imperial Outpost. I recently picked up a new class and wanted to do this once again, but cannot find the training option. Is it still implemented, or did they take it out after the TEF update?

I'm pretty sure there's still a "I require training" option when you talk to a recruiter NPC. Although it was just noticed in passing when I went in for a promotion, so I can't say for sure. You do have to be active, your only option as an on leave rebel is to go back on active duty as a combatant.
