This mainly pertains to finding the guy to do the quest I know where he is located my question goes back to when it was first introduced how did you locate him? was there an NPC that you talk to or did you just have to search around with some info given by the devs?

All the armorsmiths did was run around everywhere and talk to every npc and when one of them finaly found the correct npc they came to the boards and posted it and the word spread like wildifre.
