im trying to go inside the inquisitators door (this is the last piece of evidence i need) and yesterday i was there i talked to the widow she told me the pw...i died...so i come back today i talked to the widow first she didnt repeat the pw so i figured it would be the same but i got to the inquisitators door and its not the same can someone help me out here?

The passcode opens the door to receave teh FOUD key not the finlly evdance disk... To open the door that hides the 4th data disk u must run the whole warren system. like getting the reactor cores, over loading the system and finlly unlocking the door.
