Perhaps someone can assist me...

I just completed a mission with a guildmatecalled Kashyyyk: The Adjutant Gambit, however my problem is I cannot recall where I took the mission or what the mission was supposed to reward, or who I even took the mission from so I can return to them. Maybe someone knows what this mission is and who I took it from. The Quest journal is very inadequate in the details.
