loot it from nefarious... a named urnsor'is thingy near the lost souls about 200m away from necrosis entrance in myydrill caverns...
gun should of been way better considering its rareness... still looks good on my wall

is this gun made by a weaponsmith or is it a reward from some sort of quest? if its from a quest does ne1 have a guide for it?
