on the canaopy and spider levels, anyone had this problem? I also fell off a vine on one level but was able to climb back up, very wierd.

I find your lack of pants disturbing.

I cannot teach him. The boy has no pants.

Your pants, you will not need them.

The lag you experienced is undoubtedly the result of the numerous Jedi who go there to grind out their template since Bounty Hunters cannot used their BH droids on Kashyyyk. All those spiders also make a nice obstacle for the more timid BHs.

The "hole" you fell through has existed since RotW came out. They occur randomly throughout certain levels of the Trail. It's an error that hopefully will be fixed within our lifetime. Though it has proved useful to me on one or two occasions when I had a few too many mobs chasing me.

I got saved by that "hole" as well and were then able to track back to the trail guide - nice Didn't however experience more lagging here than elsewhere.

Then there is the bridge at the feral wookie village: When standing at or close to it sometimes u cant see target and vice versa at a two meter distance !. So you can get a rest if staying there and the wokkies will retreat after a short time if not bugged into the fighting position! What is this ? have others experienced this ?

you are an idiot

ryatt grinding has been dead for almost a month now since the wooks got silver bar bossness and 17k ham.

the lag is because of the insanely long viewing distances. the webweaver is the worse due to all the empty space you can see down. that kind of image processing eats up cpu time due to rendering and culling all the overlapping objects.
workaround:
pull up the ctrl-m map, zoom in to 1st person and look straight down. you can run thru cnet like that at max lag and never slow down. you should see as small an area as possible. the less your comp has ot process, the faster your frame rates.

I'm sorry that I'm not as up-to-date as you appear to be on the migratory patterns of grinding Jedi. The constant whining about the situation I see on the forums led me to believe otherwise. In most instances lag is caused by a high concentration of players. The only exception to this that I have experienced is the Warren. I did not travel the Trails when it apparently reached its peak, pics of balls of light caused by sabers or some such thing, and I never experienced any sort of lag because of viewing distance beforehand. A reasonable conclusion based on old information is not idiotic in my opinion.

I know the problem, I had the same. Go in game options and disable your vertex shader. Your water won't look as good, but you will go from 3 fps to 25 fps on the Ryatt trail and the great tree and other places on Kashyyyk.
