Okay since I joined a chat at our last DWB raid I am unable to remove it.
I leave channel, delete channel, delete tab and so on but everytime I log out and back in or use a shuttle it reapears. (similar to the auction tab)
Can anyone help me with that?

I've found that UI changes in general are not being saved upon logout. I always exit the game properly i.e., /sit /logout then Exit from the char selection screen, however my UI changes were saved only one time out of the last 30 or so logins. So best advice I can give is keep changing it and eventually the change will stick, or /bug and wait for them to fix the UI problem.

Hmm so far I keep rejoining the channel. I will try live support soon.
And till then nothing much to do than try to get it off with logout
