I believe she only spawns after server reset, and only then.

She spawned like an hour after I did my mission for her when I did it.

Mother Ves'ad is not spawning in the Webeaver caves, Ive been there lots today, no spawn, I have the Waypoint, and others have confirmed the spawn spot, but she isnt there.

Ive been waiting many hours.

You need to kill the Queen spider at the bottom of the Webweaver cave to have that Nightmare (Anacraphobia) spawn..

yeah she spawns right in front of the path leading up to the outcast village. She is cl 40 i think. on my server the repsawn after i killed her was around 30 mins i think
