after getting the code for his collar he says nothing but "i doubt u could help me" and i can't seem to restart the quest. my quest log says "spotted!! trandoshan guards saw u trying to free the prisoner"

please help!

Yeah, what the poster above said. When you talk to Rroot you'll
see 3 lvl80 guards spawn, you need to kill all 3 to advance.

Also... if you are a lvl80 combat character, they will stand out quite easily on the
radar via the con system, you will see 3 white dots among all the yellow dots.
