What is the most populated and most unpopulated server?

Most = Bria

Least = Test Center (and if you decide that one doesn't count I believe the next server up is one of the European servers)

ah, well what about one of the non european servers, the main servers.

Probably Shadowfire or Tempest. Look here to see a comparison of all servers. It's old data but probably still good for comparison purposes.
