Where does the latest chapter in the imp quest start? I haven't seen anything about it, but I know its been in game since pub 19

I Was up to the latest chapter for the secrets of syren quest, but then I changed factions. Do I need to start these all over again? or can I pick up where I left off when the new publish hits?
