yo, if i have SP in other professions i dont have skills in, like brawler or artisan, and i surrender those novice titles to get back many of my SP lost back, will i lose CL? if i do decide to do this, how many CL's will i lose?

Go here download the profession calculator and it's patch, and plug away to see what you'd end up with

In general, surrending novice skill box won't make you lose CL. For more advanced box, depends of your level, if you already have a novice elite profession, you won't lose much, if any
