is it possible to do this as my friend is starting out as an artisan and would like as many lots as possible to put down harvesters
also if he wanted to put a vendor in one of my houses would he need to be on the admin list

Nope, you can't transfer lots, though you can place harvesters for him and give him admin rights to them. Yes, he would need admin rights to your house to place a vendor there.

Hi there,
I would like to know howavailable lots could be transferred from one player to another.
I keep seeing posts about players having 20, 30 or more lots.

they're referring to the lots they have including their alts opr maybe including a cross-server lot trade. each player can only have 10 lots per server.
